To summarize, this movie answers the question Steve Rogers posed to Tony Stark in The Avengers, “Big man in a suit of armor. Take that away and what are you?”  This film answers that question very succinctly.

Also, stay until the end of the credits.  For the love of God, who doesn’t do that after watching every Marvel Comics movie???

I actually don’t care for Tony Stark/Iron Man, but this movie was so good!

songofthestarwhale: For Tony Stark’s big assembly with The Avengers last year, Robert Downey Jr. revealed he insisted on having actress Gwyneth Paltrow reprise her Iron Man role as well. “I was like, ‘You can’t just pretend that I got in a fight with Rhodey and Pepper’s out of town,’” Downey Jr. said during an Iron Man 3 press event. “They said, ‘You can’t have both of them,’ so I said, ‘All right, I need Pepper.’” Now withIron Man 3 fleshing out Tony and Pepper’s relationship, furthermore, “I thought, ‘OK, what do we want Gwyneth to be able to do this time?’. And how do we not have it so that she’s not just going (screamy voice), ‘Tony!’ And he’s not just going, ‘Where’s Pepper?’” Though much speculated and fabricated by LEGO tie-in sets, Downey Jr. confirmed that during the Malibu attack sequence, Pepper [SPOILER] dons the Iron Man suit. “That’s the other thing that I have been pushing for,” added Downey. “She’s in great shape. She’s really game. That was the other thing, too: You have all these genre movies and you have these capable women. And they’re kind of like, ‘Oh my God. Some action is happening. I better step away or get caught in something over here.’ And I was kind of like, ‘Really? On the suggestion of some friends, I am re-posting my Captain Marvel and Iron Man jewelry!

As you can see above, I make fandom-inspired bracelets and necklaces and often do custom orders. I am particularly excited about my multiple variations of Captain Marvel pieces, and my Arc Reactor necklace.

Everything is for sale, and is completely custom and made-to-order. I can make a necklace or bracelet any length, with elastic or non-stretch monofilament (elastic is preferable for bracelets, while non-stretch is best for necklaces), with any sorts of beads, for any character or fandom. I do free repairs as well, provided you can ship the majority of the beads back to me.

Prices are as follows and include shipping:

  • $12 for most bracelets 
  • $18 special Captain Marvel star charm bracelets
  • $33 for most necklaces 16-18”
  • $40 necklaces with special charms, such as the star
